Empire Today Is As Great As Advertised

We had been debating whether to have hardwood flooring installed in our very old house. At the recommendation of my sister, she had given me the name of a local handyman … and so we thought we would have him install ceramic tile in our small bathroom which he did. All we can say was it was okay. He wanted to do the kitchen/utility room and we said we would let him know. I decided to try Empire … that turned out to be the best thing I have done in a long time. Salesperson came on a Wednesday, the floor was installed on Thursday. The installers were very professional, hard working and answered all my questions. Thank you, Empire. It’s so nice to find a company that actually does what they advertise. By the way, you also installed our living room carpet approximately 10 years ago … it still looks great … again installed the next day.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the work that Empire did in our home. The salesman’s knowledge of the product was amazing and he answered all of questions honestly. The work was done the next day and the installers were prompt, friendly, courteous and they cleaned up after the work was completed. Our living room looks so different and we thank Empire for that. The quote that we received from Empire was the least of the 3 that we were given.

“I’m an Illinois native, and I was telling some college friends in Ohio about the affection us Chicagoans have toward the Empire Carpet Jingle. I stated that anyone who has lived in the Chicagoland area knows the Empire Carpet jingle. If you walked into a bar and shouted “800-588-2300” everyone in the bar would shout back, “Empire!” My friends needed some convincing, however, so we made a bet. I yelled the phone number one night at a party in Ohio. All the people from Chicago shouted back. And just like that, I was $20 bucks richer and found more friends at the party.”
